The original company, Detechtive Solutions, was founded by Richard Otis, Jr. in 2013. Richard has worked in the IT space for over 20 years, where he gained and developed extensive experience in Network and Systems Administration, Technical Support, Software and Web Development, and much more.
We served the community of Waterloo, IA for 5 years before moving to Ankeny, IA. Changing our name to Expert Tech Solutions (ETS), it is our goal to provide Ankeny and surrounding areas Expert level technical services and find any solution to your problem.
Being a small, out of home business, we provide each customer, with a very personalized experience and commitment to providing a tailor made service to resolve all of your technology issues.
